1. Scope of Application

These AGBs govern all business relationships between Regate Management FZCO ("Regate", "we", "us") and all users ("Users", "you") who:

  • Subscribe to or access our digital platform

  • Make use of our tools, services, or digital products

  • Participate in the referral and marketing program offered through Regate

By accessing and using the Regate platform, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or business capacity and not as a private consumer. These Terms apply internationally, subject to the applicable commercial law of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
 

2. Services Provided

Regate is a digital platform that offers users access to:

  • Ready-to-use marketing content (e.g., Reels, captions, visuals)

  • A personal referral system linked to Dubai-based real estate opportunities

  • Lead tracking and automated content distribution tools

  • Ongoing support via our digital dashboard and team

You are not acting as a real estate agent, broker, or legal representative.
All buyer communication and real estate transactions are managed by our certified partners in Dubai.

No legal or financial advice is provided by Regate.
 

3. Account Access and Use

  • Platform access is available only through a paid subscription

  • Users are responsible for linking their Instagram and/or TikTok business account(s) to activate automation

  • Each user is assigned a unique referral tracking link

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials

  • Sharing access with third parties is strictly prohibited

Violation of account use rules may lead to suspension or legal action.
 

4. Earnings and Referral Model

  • When a user shares Regate marketing content and a potential buyer clicks on their tracking link, that lead is assigned to them

  • If the lead results in a successful real estate transaction via our licensed Dubai partner, the user earns a commission

  • Commission amounts, payout terms, and qualification details are clearly stated inside the platform

  • Regate does not guarantee any specific earnings, traffic, or property sales

  • All payouts are processed in accordance with UAE business and banking regulations
     

5. Pricing, Subscription, and Payments

  • All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes

  • Payments are due in full at the start of the subscription, unless otherwise agreed

  • Regate works with licensed payment providers (e.g. CopeCart) to process subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
     

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective payment processor

  • Regate does not provide refunds unless required by law

  • Minimum commitment: 90 days

  • Cancellation ends future billing but does not reverse past payments

  • Users may cancel through their Regate account or via the payment provider directly
     

7. Platform Content and Usage Rights

  • All content (videos, text, scripts, graphics, marketing strategies) provided via the platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property law

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for your own business marketing via your connected social channels

  • You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or redistribute any content without written permission

  • Any unauthorized sharing of login credentials, downloads, or ad content is a violation of these Terms and may result in a fine of up to $15,000 or legal action
     

8. User Conduct and Community Standards

  • Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward Regate and other users

  • Misuse, false claims, or reputational harm toward Regate or its partners may result in termination of access

  • We reserve the right to remove users who act in violation of these standards without refund
     

9. Platform Availability

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, occasional downtimes may occur due to technical maintenance or updates

  • Regate is not responsible for service interruptions due to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)

  • Limited service may apply on public holidays or during end-of-year periods
     

10. Legal Disclaimer

  • Regate is a digital marketing and referral platform — not a real estate agency or broker

  • We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice

  • We are not liable for the outcome of real estate transactions or decisions made by leads generated through our platform

  • All property transactions are handled by certified partners according to UAE real estate law (RERA compliance)
     

11. Data Privacy and Communication

  • By using Regate, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for service delivery, analytics, and support

  • You agree to be contacted via email or messaging for service-related communication

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.
 

13. Final Provisions

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect

  • Regate reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance
