1. General Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the Regate platform. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in accordance with the laws and commercial regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Regate is a digital marketing platform registered and operated from Dubai, UAE. It provides access to real estate-related marketing tools, automated social media content, and a commission-based referral system in partnership with licensed real estate professionals in Dubai.

2. Platform Access and Use

Regate is available to users globally, provided they are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into binding contracts.
Access is granted via an active paid subscription.
Users must connect at least one valid social media business account (e.g., Instagram or TikTok) to enable automated posting of digital marketing content.
Users are given a unique referral link to track and attribute leads.
Regate does not offer or facilitate real estate transactions directly to users; all inquiries and transactions are handled by licensed partners in accordance with UAE real estate law.

3. Earnings Model and Referral Commissions

Regate provides marketing content and tools to help users position real estate offers via their social media accounts.
If a lead referred via a user’s tracking link results in a closed sale by our licensed partner agents, a commission is paid to the user.
Commission rates, structure, and payout conditions are clearly stated in the user dashboard.
All payments are made in compliance with UAE financial and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
Regate does not guarantee income, traffic, or sales volume.

4. No Brokerage Role or Legal Representation

Regate is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent itself as such. Users of the platform are not permitted to act as brokers, agents, or advisors unless licensed under UAE law.

All legal, financial, and contractual matters are handled by certified and licensed Dubai real estate brokers in accordance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) standards.

5. Payment Processing and Subscriptions

Subscription payments are securely processed via authorized third-party payment providers.
Regate does not store payment information and does not process payments internally.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
For cancellations and refunds, users must refer to the terms of the respective payment provider.

6. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms and policies of the selected payment processor.
Regate does not offer refunds beyond those required by UAE consumer protection law.
Users may request cancellations directly through their account or payment provider.
In case of dispute, Regate will aim to resolve the issue amicably.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content provided through Regate (videos, scripts, templates, strategies, tools) is protected under UAE copyright and intellectual property law.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of Regate content is strictly prohibited.
Legal action may be taken against unauthorized usage or intellectual property violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Regate provides access to digital marketing tools and real estate content. It does not take part in the property sale itself.
Regate shall not be held liable for the performance of real estate transactions, the behavior of referred leads, or actions by external brokers.
Users are responsible for complying with local advertising rules, platform policies (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), and content regulations in their country.

9. External Links and Third-Party Services

Our services may link to external websites or tools. Regate has no control over the content, terms, or privacy practices of such third-party services and is not responsible for their actions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
In the event of any legal dispute, the competent courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws in the user’s country of residence.

12. Changes to the Terms
